Registration

Is there a minimum age to register for the races?
Body:

Participants must be at least 5 years old on the day of the race to register for a 5K race
Participants must be at least 9 years old on the day of the race to register for an 8K race
To take part in the 10K race, participants must be at least 14 years old on the day of the race. 
To take part in the Disneyland Paris-Val d'Europe Half Marathon, participants must be at least 18 years old on the day of the race.
To take part in the runDisney Kids Races children must be:
1 to 4 years old for the 100m
5 to 7 years old for the 200m
5 to 12 years old for the 1K

What do I need for my proof of time?
Body:

If you are able to finish the Disneyland Paris - Val d'Europe Half Marathon in less than 1:30 hours, proof of time will be required to be part of the first group's departure. For an estimated finishing time higher than 1:30 hours, no proof of time is needed. Please submit your proof of time information by August 28th, 2020* during the finalization of your registration online. Proof of time is not required for the Disneyland Paris 10K, 8K and 5K, only an estimated finishing time.

What forms of payment are accepted for race registration?
Body:

Credit and debit cards are acceptable forms of payment for registration for Disneyland Paris Princess Run and Disneyland Paris Run Weekend 5th edition. Disney Gift Cards, Disney Dollars, Disney Reward Dream Dollars, and personal checks are not accepted (except for package booking for France customers).

Once a race is sold out, is there any way to register or be put on a waitlist?

runDisney does not maintain a waitlist for interested participants once all registrations are sold out.

Where do I pick up my race packet?
Body:

All participants must pick up their race packet at the Race Bib Pick-Up area, Disney Events Arena held in the Disney Village.

What are the hours for the Disney Events Arena?
Body:

For the Disneyland Paris Princess Run
- Friday May 8th 2020: 9am– 10pm
- Saturday May 9th 2020: 9am– 8pm (from 5am for the deposits for the Disneyland Paris Princess 5K)
- Sunday May 10th 2020: 9am– 1pm (from 5am for the deposits for Disneyland Paris Princess 8K)

For the Disneyland Paris Run weekend 5th Edition
- Thursday September 24th 2020: 3pm– 8pm
- Friday September 25th 2020: 10am– 8pm (until 10pm for the deposits for the Disneyland Paris 5K)
- Saturday September 26th 2020: 9am– 7pm (from 5am for the deposits for Disneyland Paris 10K)
- Sunday September 27th 2020: 10am– 2pm (from 5am for the deposits for Disneyland Paris- Val d’Europe Half Marathon)

Am I able to pick up my race packet on the day of the race?
Body:

Packet Pick-Up will not be available the morning of a race. Race packets for all Disneyland Paris races must be picked up at the Disney Events Arena in the Disney Village the day before.

Packet pick-up will not be available the morning of a race except for the Disneyland Paris 5K (for the Disneyland Paris Run Weekend event) whose kit can be picked up on the same day of the race until 6pm. Packet pick-up is also available on the day of the race for the runDisney Kids races until 10am for the first session (11am, 12am, 1pm) and until 2pm for the departure of the second session (3pm, 4pm, 5pm)

If I can't attend the race, can my race packet be mailed to me?
Body:

The following items will not be mailed after the event: race packets, gEAR bags, race shirts, commemorative pins, commemorative necklaces or commemorative Mickey ears.

What do I need to bring to Packet Pick-Up?
Body:

To pick up your race packet, you must bring a valid photo ID (driver's license, passport, Military ID, Government issued ID), your signed waiver and your voucher with bib number. If the participant is under 18 years old, the waiver must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian. Do not forget to bring also the parental approval completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian. For more information please visit the practical info page.

Can I pick up the runner kit of another participant?
Body:

To collect a runner's kit on behalf of someone else, you must show your valid photo ID and a copy of the valid ID of the person you are picking the runner's kit for. You will need to bring the original printed voucher, as well as a power of attorney signed by the runner. It is mandatory that this power attorney show's your first and last name, plus the other person first and last name. Please add the exact type of service(s) the person is picking.

Am I allowed to bring my stroller into the Disney Events Arena?

Strollers are permitted, pending capacity inside the Disney Events Arena

I would like to be an exhibitor at the Disney Events Arena. How do I sign up?

How do I complete my registration for the races?
Body:

Once you have booked your stay or your bib only, you will receive an email inviting you to finalize your registration. This will give you access to the registration platform, where you can complete your runner's profile.

Does the annual passport holders’ benefit from a discount on their package?
Body:

« Annual Pass » discounts are only available for stay packages, not on standalone bibs. 

 

When will the official event guide be available?
Body:

It will be posted approximately a few weeks prior to the running event.

Does my race registration include entry into the Disney parks?
Body:

No. Registration to the races does not include entrance to the Disney® Parks. If you want to go to the Disney® Parks during the rest of your stay, you must be in possession of an entrance ticket.
