There is a 16 minute per mile pace for the Disneyland® Paris 5K, the Disneyland® Paris 10K and the Disneyland® Paris – Val d’Europe Half Marathon. The time limits begin when a participant crosses the start line. It is suggested that participants train for a 15 minute per mile pace to allow time for restroom breaks, photo opportunities, and other diversions on the course. About the races
Both runners and walkers who can maintain a 16 minute per mile pace are welcome to participate in the Disneyland® Paris Magic Run Weekend events.
Anyone not able to maintain the pace may be picked up at any point along the course and transported to the Course Pick-Up Tent.
Costumes are permitted and encouraged at runDisney events! Please note that costumes cannot include a face mask for the safety of all participants. Disneyland® Paris reserves the right to deny admission to or remove any person wearing attire that we consider inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other Guests. All participants and their Guests may dress as their favorite character, but must follow these guidelines as determined solely by Disneyland® Paris. Costumes must be family-friendly and may not be obstructive, offensive, objectionable or violent.
Headphones may be worn but are discouraged due to audio messages that are placed throughout the course to ensure participant safety.
Participants will receive a clear plastic gEAR bag and a numbered gEAR bag check sticker at Packet Pick-Up to use for gEAR bag check on race day. Please place the sticker in the clearly defined area on the gEAR bag prior to arriving at gEAR Bag Check. Once you finish, your race bib will be used to verify your bag when you pick it up. Any gEAR bags not picked up by the end of the race will be taken to Disneyland® Paris Resort Lost & Found. Please note that runDisney is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items, and we recommend that participants do not leave any valuable items.
Corral placement is based on each individual's anticipated finishing time or submitted proof of time. The person placed in the faster corral is allowed to move back to a slower corral, but no one is allowed to move forward.
The Disneyland® Paris - Val d'Europe Half Marathon will be timed using a timing system. Disneyland® Paris Disneyland® Paris 5K.the Disneyland® Paris 10K, and runDisney Kids Races will not be timed.
